MINATON

Some tools opened from English are still Japanese. English article bodies ship after physician review.

A living pediatric reference

Even outside the exam room,
a pediatrician is still with you.

Why MINATON exists

Three beats of a living reference

01

At 3 a.m., searching only makes the worry grow.

Fever. Not taking milk. The more you search, the more information piles up—and it gets harder to know what to trust.

02

We wrote down what a clinic visit cannot cover.

MINATON is a parenting site built by a pediatrician at Aiiku Hospital. Vaccine timing and when to seek care are gathered so you can read them again later.

03

When the evidence changes, the articles change.

We revise articles when evidence or feedback warrants it and publish the changes we have recorded. A bibliography and a documented physician review are reported as separate facts.

AMPL Felt Care

Guidance you can see, without baking words into the image.

For fever, breathing, and home care, wool-felt diorama diagrams show one calm action at a time. Captions stay in real HTML so medical wording can be revised without regenerating art—and so the picture never fights the text.

About the operator

Ken Okamoto

Pediatrician, Aiiku Hospital / MINATON developer

Clinic visits are about 15 minutes. Half of what I want to say never gets said before the next family is waiting. MINATON is where that unfinished conversation continues.
